WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

A few of my buddies suggested seeing Kevin Parfrey when I partially tore my ACL and I am so happy they did. He got me back on the ice when I thought I may miss my last season of junior hockey.

The time I have spent with Phil Alcock has been amazing , when my agent linked me with him it was the start of a friendship and start to my career. As well he taught me a lot about the fundamentals of the gym, and key to the basics of a good workout. He's been great and an excellent person I'm privileged to have gotten to know him for sure guy knows what he is talking about and what's he doing I fully trusted him and it has paid off very well

What I really appreciate about Phil Alcock after training the last few years is his pure passion for health.

This passion shines through in his genuine concern my well being and his eagerness to share with me the wealth of

knowledge he holds on strength and conditioning, recovery, and nutrition. The time I spend training with Phil flies by which is a testament to his skills as a personal trainer and the level of enthusiasm he brings  to our sessions. Good times, good vibes, and gains, that’s what you get when you train with Phil.

I am a mountain biker, yoga teacher and former varsity athlete. Throughout the years I have accumulated a laundry list of injuries one of which brought me to see Kevin Parfrey several years ago. Since then, I have seen him on and off for other injuries. With each problem I have brought to Kevin, he has approached my physiotherapy treatment with a balanced and broad-minded viewpoint while being kind, attentive and humble. I’m not sure I can truly do justice to what an exceptional physiotherapist Kevin is with words. What I can say is, if you bring a problem to him, he will help you solve it, and will do so with efficiency, humility, and great humor!

As a long distance runner and swimmer for over 25 years, I have suffered my fair share of injuries. I have been successfully seen by Bill Maher long considered the king of physiotherapists on the Avalon & Dr. Ean Parsons, king of sports medicine. After my visits to Cillian Harnett can say there is a hybrid of these two legends with a great ability to get to the root of the problem & equal talents for the long term fix.
